  21. Here's how I do it:

  23. 1) Create a single point in Modeler
  24. 2) Select it and press "p" to make it into a polygon
  25. 3) Switch to Polygon mode, then choose "clone".  Set the # of clones to the # of 
  26. sparks you want, minus one.
  27. 4) Select all the points (which should still look like one point), and run the 
  28. jitter function on them.
  29. 5) Surface them in Layout, then when you're ready for them to fly out, dissolve them 
  30. in and scale them up at the same time.  It'll look like they're all flying out from 
  31. one central point (which they are).
